About.

I am dedicated to uplifting people’s
quality of life for the long term.

I specialise in therapeutic practices that work in harmony with our natural healing process. My work interweaves many lineages, including somatic therapy and bio-mechanical movement for deep relaxation, stress, trauma and physical injuries. I am also a specialist in pre- and post-natal yoga and reflexology.

My work is inspired by the transformation these practices brought to my own life. Yoga freed me from the pain of a genetic postural condition, while reflexology stilled my mind and brought me profound inner calm. Since becoming a Yoga Alliance accredited teacher and therapist in 2011, I have travelled and shared my love of these practices around the world.

My classes and treatments all draw on my creativity and background as a fine artist, blending an intuitive style with a deep grounding in alignment. All create ease in the body and mind, allowing you to soften and release into expansive stillness.

Balancing the nervous system

My work honours the natural intelligence of the nervous system. We live in a world where our systems are often bombarded into the state of ‘fight, flight or freeze’.

I offer a soothing space in which to recalibrate. Working with awareness, I gently guide the body back to its parasympathetic mode. In this peaceful space you can reconnect to your natural rhythm. Simply be, tuning into breath and sensation. And learn to release, safe in the knowledge that you are fully supported.

Here, the emphasis is on the subtle ‘un-doing’ of effort and the remembering of intelligent rest. In this nourishing state, we unlock our innate ability to heal.

With gratitude to my teachers Leila Sagadee, Tara Judelle, Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, Hala Kouri, Bridget Luff, Yamuna Zake, Katie Appleton, Ross Rayburn and Sianna Sherman for their continued guidance and inspiration.
